Can anyone help kalkhoff tasman impulse

Hi I have a kalkhoff tasman impulse

And now im not getting any power at all and when turned off a error code comes on c400
If anyone can help

Can't find any info on Kalkhoff error codes, I fear it may be a trip to a dealer, or call/email one.

Yeah searched myself couldn't find anything
Was strange happend over night

Will phone a dealer soon see what they say to me cheers
