Came with new Shimano 160mm rotor. What are they for and where do they go?

As title. Received three little metal things in with a new Shimano 160mm rotor. The rotor already on there, doesn't have anything like this, so questions are; what are they for, where do they go, and do I really need to fit them?

Yes, spacers, i had to use a couple of small washers to clear the lip of the disc against the back of the caliper,

spin the wheel and you`ll see if you need them

The Tektro calipers I have on the bike, have a massive amount of user adjustment, which is why I find it odd that the shims are so thin.

I guess that some calipers have finer tolerances and less adjustment than my cheapo ones.

my bad the disc ones are the spacers those are to lock the bolts so fit them like the vid
