Finding my (electric) wheels

Hello,

So my friend has a gazelle c7.
Unfortunately a courier lost his battery.
I do have a spare gazelle battery that I was going to use for cell harvesting.
When we connected that spare battery to the controller (that has 4 terminals), everything worked (lcd, lights), but the pedal assist did not.
Error 3 came up in the lcd (hall sensor error).
Can we somehow order a new controller that works with that motor? cause we only have a battery with a positive and negative wire, when this controller apparently requires 4 wires

Ill attach some pictures of the missing battery and of the controller.

A two wire generic battery won't work as the controller and display are expecting to see more info/parameters from the battery. If the correct battery can't be used or one can't be bought then you will have to change the controller and display to another make, cost is approx. £80/£90 then you can use any 2 wire generic battery.

Is the PAS ts or cadence type ?
