I don't know if I should laugh or think that's genius.
Any thoughts?

I can’t say I laughed as Ive seen similar saddles before, this one however looks like it’s putting undue stress on the seam of his jeans, I can only imagine the knock on effect as it pushes one buttock up at the back while the other goes down o_O

  • There is no magic solution to finding a comfortable saddle as us humans have very different butts between us.
  • I have for many years just ridden unsprung Brooks leather saddles and on day rides just ordinary shorts at times and no issues.
  • Others cringe at the notion of such a 'perch' and you read plenty of posts of those who buy a Brookes and then sell them on 'cos they are torture (for them).
  • Actually one of my most comfortable saddles was a £2 boot sale job (it was a Halfords model of some sort) which I fitted to my 'shopping bike (the one that if stolen wouldn't break my heart).
  • You just have to keep trying different saddles and hope for the best although some folk never find one that is comfortable.
