I have ridden both, but not much :) The Mezzo feels like a better bike and ride to me without any doubt. The only thing I can say positive about the JetStream is that going down curbs and over bumps is not very noticeable. My poll though was purely on design aesthetics though and which design looks the better of the two.

The Mezzo is like a "sausage dog" bike with the level main frame tube and lack of any folding mechanism giving it a long feel to it.. it feels lower down compared to the JetStream when mounting, yet high up when riding compared to what you would expect from a 16" wheel bike (almost feels like a full size bike).. the big difference in the design though is in the steering...even with 16" wheels the Mezzo handles much better than the JetStream because of the handlebar being more forwards and less sensitive.. the weight is pretty much even stevens.. if you put mudguards and a rack on the JetStream though, it would be the heavier bike.
