I nominate Larry the Cat, the only individual ever to cross the threshold of 10 Downing Street and never caught lying
Another individual has fulfilled your first criterion - crossed the threhold.

Dominic Cummings has entered Downing Street No 10 a short while ago, reportedly without answering questions about his alleged second trip up north and his attitude towards resigning.

Big question now, where is Johnson? Arcuri's flat?

Today a couple travelled six hours to spend a few days at a holiday let in Stow. Unfortunately they were greeted by PCSO Symes who told them to travel six hours back. Holiday homes are not open for business. You can travel as far as you want for exercise but must return home.
They should have refused on the grounds that the six hours driving was exhausting exercise and they now need to to rest and recuperate for a few days in the pre arranged place for them to do that, prior to tackling the equally exhausting exercise of the six hour drive back.

In the interests of road safety of course, those drivers whose hours are subject to law are not permitted 12 hours of continuous driving, so the constable's advice was incorrect and unsafe.

If you actually get to your destination, and are parked and out of the driving seat, pull out the hip flask.

Apparently Cummings has been summoned to Downing Street. They are either agreeing a new set of lies and getting their story straight or he’s being sacked.

Tommie, we don't always agree, but you make a very logical argument.
Logic?? !!...they wouldn`t have a clue
Always something thats been in short supply `across the water` for centuries

And in the place of this logic and common sense you have..
Arrogance
Self-importance
an overbearing, loud-mouthed, know-it-all shower who continually claim to know everything about anything,
most prevalent in the `home counties` in particular, less so as you travel north

The World Wars and the `66 World Cup only added to this

Any wonder they`re not liked around the world

But Hey!, you knew this already ;)

Maybe Johnson will see this as his chance to resign from a job he's come to hate.

Cummings could become the PM, remember Prime Ministers do not have to be elected MPs, we've had many who weren't, the last being Sir Alec Douglas Home.

How sad that you democratic unionists did not apply some of your supposed logic and commonsense to the subject of Brexit. Or even accepted the democratic will of your electorate on that subject.

Corbyn and McDonnell could have surprised you all, but of course you ignore the competent and far more influential McDonnell in order to attack the weak point of Abbott, such is your bias.
Corbyn is obvious where his priority was in his shadow cabinet, militantism above competency.
Those on the 'new labour' wing did not get a look in.

Boris Johnson needs to come out from behind the settee and face up to his responsibilities as the Prime Minister. He is a far worse leader than Theresa May and she had no trace of any leadership qualities whatsoever. He must take the Downing Street briefing this evening and tell the public what’s going on. It’s weeks since he last made himself accountable to the public he is supposed to serve.
