Campaigners had asked the ECJ to rule on whether Article 50, which legally started the Brexit process, can be revoked by the country that triggered it. The text of the treaty clause is unclear and subject to dispute.

The ruling will come after the court's top legal advisor, the EU advocate general, recommended this week that the UK be given the power to revoke Article 50 without the consent of the EU's other member states.

If the recommendation is followed, as the advocate general's suggestions usually are, then an accidental no-deal Brexit would effectively be taken off the table, as the Government could stop it in any circumstances.

Does this mean that Theresa May could literally withdraw the letter or does she need the support of Parliament?
KudosDave
Both Conservative and Labour parties voted 498 to 114 to trigger A50, the current parliament is unlikely to reverse brexit.
You'd need a new parliament to do that.

Because of this, the workers in those areas are willing to do the same job as the U.K. worker, but for less cheese. They know no different. Less cash for the worker, more cash for the financiers, investors and the already wealthy. Nice.
There's a rather large flaw in your notion isn't there? it doesn't explain why Nissan, Honda and co came here in the first place, and their presence has EVERYTHING to do with the EU

I prefer flecc’s explanation, It’s less aggressive :) . There is Toyota in Derby too, a massive “just in time” assembly plant. I realise the Japs put it there for the wider EU market access and Brexit will jeopardise it’s existence and all the jobs surrounding it.

Good old Boris! (Some might say.)
"
Boris Johnson apologises to MPs for failing to declare income in time
Watchdog says former minister failed to register money from Telegraph column and books
Boris Johnson has offered MPs a “full and unreserved apology” over the late declaration of more than £52,000 in income.

He made the apology to the House of Commons having been told to do so after he repeatedly failed to register payments from his newspaper column and books within the set time limit.

In a report, the parliamentary commissioner for standards, Kathryn Stone, said that the former foreign secretary admitted he had failed to register payments in time on nine occasions in the previous 12 months.

The report recommended that Johnson make an apology to the Commons on a point of order.

Can anyone explain how it came to pass that some or even all of 17.5 million people took the word of this creature over leaving the EU?
That is truly extraordinary! are we supposed to believe they knew "what " they were voting for when this man made promises to them?

When can we expect his full and abject apology for his part in the Brexit plot?

Cue the hysterical laughter off stage!:D

I would love to see a graph showing how many people took his word seriously during the referendum campaign, and how many still believe his words now.
Come to think of it surely someone could do one for Gove and all the other Politicians as well...

But Corbyn is in a new position now,he may decide that remaining is a vote winner, the SNP and DUP,Liberals and many Tory rebels ,the maths could be very different.

Corbyn would rather eat his own pumpkins than cancel brexit.
