Doesn't Tusk realise talking like that only hardens the view we have that the EU can go stick its head where the sun doesn't shine.
I've had 4 Jags in my time. Loved everyone of them.I recently changed cars and was extremely impressed with Qashqai, quiet, drove nice, nice driving position and performed OK for what it was.. Lots of extras included... Reversing camera, heated seats (which I find pointless but boss likes them)
Ended up sticking with another XF... 2.0 180 R instead of 3.0...diesel.. Great... Mondeo has gone aswell... Gre at to 120k... Then problem after problem. (cutting out, going in limp home, ERG valve,twice...)Sold XF and traded Mondeo in...
This XF is nicest car I, ve had. Slower than previous XF but quick enough and handles better... Way more economical. 61 best. Averaging 45... Pity its Indian...???
Jag are now building all their engines. Older 2.0and 2.2 were Ford/PSA. Ingenium is inhouse...
Heated seats is the only thing my Cooper doesn't have. Sunroof tick, cruise control tick, Auto box tick, premium sound tick - no heated seats though and my other half has them in her car and on freezing cold days there's excellent. Oh well. If I spent less time arsing about on forums like this and more time out doing some work I guess I could afford it.Same as me Zlatan. Heated steering wheel great since I suffer from Raynauds syndrome, meaning my hands go dead with cold surface contact, but I can't see why heated seats are needed when a car is heated anyway.
.
Your are likely correct, I imagine he is just absolutely fed up with the fact that Leavers promised people sunny up lands and reality is far different from that. Unfortunately people are now so entrenched in their positions a referendum would likely still give a leave majority perhaps even an increased one.Doesn't Tusk realise talking like that only hardens the view we have that the EU can go stick its head where the sun doesn't shine.
I can't imagine what he was trying to achieve, trying to shock or looking for sympathy. He does seem to be taking Brexit far more personally than the other EU politicians, looking hurt at times.Tusk - what a twat. As if that's the language to be using at this stage. Twat.
Donald Tusk has to chair heads of state meeting after meeting.I can't imagine what he was trying to achieve, trying to shock or looking for sympathy. He does seem to be taking Brexit far more personally than the other EU politicians, looking hurt at times.
He obviously has a strong belief in the EU concept.
.
I strongly suspect he is wrong in that belief, if Brexit goes wrong .... some people may get a jolly good ticking off!Donald Tusk:
“There is a special place in Hell for those who promoted Brexit without even a sketch of a plan for how to carry it out safely.”
An official later clarified that he was only suggesting they would go to the special place in Hell after they die, not immediately.
Listen carefully to what he said. His ire was directed directly at those who DIRECTED the Leave camp, who had not thought ANYTHING through, not at those who wanted a remainder position. For nearly three years those people have refused to recognise EU realities.I can't imagine what he was trying to achieve, trying to shock or looking for sympathy. He does seem to be taking Brexit far more personally than the other EU politicians, looking hurt at times.
He obviously has a strong belief in the EU concept.

Which part of his remark did you disagree with?Heated seats is the only thing my Cooper doesn't have. Sunroof tick, cruise control tick, Auto box tick, premium sound tick - no heated seats though and my other half has them in her car and on freezing cold days there's excellent. Oh well. indeed. And the language used against the EU not merely in the Press but in the HOC has been an utter disgrace.
he's probably a bit annoyed because the EU have not been able to overturn the decision to leave. They're used to getting their own wayI can't imagine what he was trying to achieve, trying to shock or looking for sympathy. He does seem to be taking Brexit far more personally than the other EU politicians, looking hurt at times.

No. Of course the EU would have been and would still be happy if the UK decided to return to the fold. But throughout the entire process the EU have been respectful of the UK decision, crafted a WA which was agreed by the UK negotiating team, and agreed by the EU side. What more could they do?.he's probably a bit annoyed because the EU have not been able to overturn the decision to leave. They're used to getting their own way
ET call home! No. Of course the EU would have been and would still be happy if the UK decided to return to the fold. If anything he is annoyed by the stupidity of elected MPs. I use the term intentionally. If one continues to repeat behaviour which has not worked, has been told it will not work, then that is stupid. In fairness that is also the response you might be having with the same People.
Do you realise talking like that (telling others where to stick rheir heads) is the kind of impulsive, unthinking behaviour that caused brexit, and the crap were inDoesn't Tusk realise talking like that only hardens the view we have that the EU can go stick its head where the sun doesn't shine.
Yes, I didn't miss that, but surely he should have known that his words would create anger rather than any constructive reaction.Listen carefully to what he said. His ire was directed directly at those who DIRECTED the Leave camp, who had not thought ANYTHING through, not at those who wanted a remainder position.
Personally - I'll take my place in hell before having to live a day longer under those twats. The collapse of this nasty oligarchy can’t come soon enough.No. Of course the EU would have been and would still be happy if the UK decided to return to the fold. What crap? Things are going pretty much to plan so far.Do you realise talking like that (telling others where to stick rheir heads) is the kind of impulsive, unthinking behaviour that caused brexit, and the crap were in
Yup. Not this time.he's probably a bit annoyed because the EU have not been able to overturn the decision to leave. They're used to getting their own way
Beyond a certain point, a rational person realises that the other person is not rational.Do you realise talking like that (telling others where to stick rheir heads) is the kind of impulsive, unthinking behaviour that caused brexit, and the crap were in
Well one of us is not living on planet earth.ET call home!
