A few months ago I bought a job lot on ebay that included a Lafree Twist which was advertised as faulty. I bought it mainly for for the spare battery & charger which I intend to keep, but just about everything else except the drive sprocket is available for sale. There is a battery available
From the datecodes on the plastic bits it seems to be a mid-2004 model; it has V brakes, a bottle dynamo and no suspension. The guy who sold it said it had just had a new SRAM P5 gearbox, and it certainly looks very new. He also said that the motor intermittently lost power. I tried riding it & it didn't lose power, but the motor did sound rather rough - as if it had a dry bearing.
Make me an offer if you're interested in any (or all!) of it. It's located in Coventry & I'll post at your cost once funds have cleared.
