Brand New 905Se No Power

Hello everybody,

I just joined the ebike world one week ago with a Whisper 905se.
My first 200 miles went really great but, today as I was heading home the bike power went off at a stop and I could not restart it. The battery was more than 3/4 full when it happened.

Any idea of what it could be?
Does this happen often?

I will not try to fix anything myself as the bike is still under warranty. Just would like to get a feeling on what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future.

Check the fuse-holder hasn't melted, and check the fuse while you're there.
