Brake sensors which fit Bafang please

Both the brake sensors have failed,the kit is less than a month old.Can you please recommend some good quality sensors that wont fail.

Did they fail at the same time or at different times (I'm wondering if the fault lays elsewhere?)?

And you say failed - as in the motor won't power up or the brake operation doesn't cut out the motor?

One went within a week and the other just now.They dont fit great to my shimano brake levers.Is there another type that will work.
