Bottle Cage for E-bike without Bosses? also On Bike Connection Cover ?

Hmm, where and what type bottle holder for E-bike? Also the the on bike battery connection exposed when battery off bike! Is there a cover or plug to place in or over this connection on the bike frame? if so? Where to get one?

My battery utilises my bottle fixings so I use a clamp holder on the steerer.
