Hi All,
First time posting so here goes. After buying a Cube bike myself, I decided to purchase one for my wife. There was a second hand Cube Kathmandu Pro 500 I had seen which I purchased. The bike needed some work and managed to get the price down.
The motor itself and intuvia display was working, after taking it to my local bike shop, he informed me that the bike wasn't connecting to there diagnostics. He hadn't seen this problem but contacted Bosch who informed them that the software is likely to be corrupted and it needs a clean install, Bosch said in the interest of time, they will send the technician the software so he can do it himself.
Am wondering if anyone has had this problem and should I be worried? The bike rode fine but work needs doing in terms of chain, brake pads, wheels. I didn't think there was a software or a motor issue.
