Can't say that I rate the workshop practice or the use of a market stall quality ratchet, but it still makes for an interesting watch.

Going by the video timing it would only involve a 1 hour warranty labour claim if the dealers were issued with temporary service units, maybe identified by being painted a different colour, to get the user back on the road and a further 1 hour to refit the repaired unit at a later time rather than the current ridiculous set up they have in place.
