so looks like you can cut power to the bms and just replace the cells but still not a easy job.

Are you going to have a go at this? You mentioned range was down on your bike.

ill send it to jimmy as i have 2 batts 400 original from 2014l and a 500 i got few years later, you can fell the difference.
