Repair shop diagnostics returned the same verdict on both our bikes after they have been outside this winter: code 500, replace motor.
It seems error code 500 is sufficiently rare that it is almost impossible to have randomly happened to both our bikes. Does anyone have an idea what might have happened?
Is it truly a motherboard problem that can't be fixed. Is there no way to replace the motherboard?
