Could be but the Haibike belly plate does a pretty good job of holding this in place, even if the 3 self tappers are missing.I've not got one, so this may be incorrect, could it be as simple as a plastic cover on the left hand case being dislocated?

On second thought. It can't be much far over if the axle has shifted as the sprocket would be too close to the inside of the drive side cover when pushed back.. Could be a bent crank.Got a weird problem. Seems like crank axis has shifted to right side?
