Hi, I just bought my e-bike (Bosch motor) and tried it today in my commute to work. According to Google maps it is about 8.5 Km but the odometer of my Bosch Intuvia ended up in 12Km. This means the speed is not measured correctly and consequently the motor on/off is happening at wrong speed.
Have any of you seen anything like this before?
I know there is an option in the Intuvia to change the wheel circumference, but even so, it seems a lot of difference just because of this.

EDIT: I have been investigating a little more and I have (maybe) some clues. Looking at the wheel circumference option of my Bosch Intuvia, it is possible to choose between 2850 to 3150. However my wheel size is in 2200 range. That would explain the difference I have seen in speed.
I have looked on the internet and some videos show values in the 2200 range on the Bosch Intuvia. Is there something wrong with my unit?

Sounds to me like your motor has no software installed by the bicycle manufacturer. If the wheel size circumference reading is 3000 then take the bike back to the dealer and get the diagnostics plugged in. If the manufacturer date displayed in the diagnostics is 2099 then you have no software. Result being the bike has to go back to the factory for the correct program to be installed.
