Bosch Active Line Plus / Purion Display doesn’t switch on...

I got an Carrera Crossfuse E bike (2018) (36v), Motor: Bosch Active Line Plus BOU350 Crank motor and a Purion Display with MicroUsb Service Port
At the moment the Bike doesn’t switch on, even so the Battery is full... when I press the test/on Button on the Battery, the Purion Display lights up short, when I press the on Button on the Purion Display nothing happened... I put two new Duracell 2016 into the Display without any change...
I checkt the Connection but looks good... could it be the Purion Display? Or what else could be the Problem...
Halfords is useless with electric bikes... even their “own”... connecting to Serviceport is about £30... £50/hour labour...
a new Display would be about £60 and is just plugged in (plus the time to fiddle the cable through the frame)
Here in Leicester is no Bosch Customer Service ... only useless Bikeshops.... so DiY sie only possibility...

best to try a new display first or if it is still the same it is the controller inside the motor that could be the problem.
