Hi all,

I have a Haibike trekking with an active line plus 2018. It has started creaking after around 700 miles.

I heard it could be the motor mount bolts being loose like here with the CX https://www.pedelecs.co.uk/forum/threads/slight-creak-bosch-cx-on-cube.31335/page-2

The active line plus seems different and I can’t seem to find any guides for getting at the bolts. Are the bolts on the crank side?
Has anyone done this on an ALP?

I found this which shows two hex bolts that I’ve circled in red. Are these the motor mount bolts?

Thanks for any help

there will be 3 bolts that hold it in place that holds the motor to the frame but it could be anything tbh or just the plastic making noise around the motor.

I tried the pedals already unfortunately, took the nuke proofs off my other bike and the creak remains! I was also thinking it could be the saddle etc but the noise is still there when I stand on the pedals off the seat.

just took that bit of plastic off on the non crank side and there are 3 big hex bolts, mounts? And 2 T30 screws. Similar to what I’ve seen in vids of the gen2 cx. Think it’s worth a shot with the torque specs in the other thread.

As an update the bike and chain needed a good clean, after that the creak mostly went away. Only one now I think is coming from the saddle/seat tube.

So easy to think it’s worse than you think, thanks for the help
