This BMS I bought seems to have two extra sense wires labeled B+ and DS-.
B+ is shorted to BC13 so I would imagine that B+ connects to the battery +, but if they are shorted what is the point of having it?
DS- is not shorted to BC0, it's shorted to P- so I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with this wire. What does DS stand for?

Thanks for your help, there seems to be no information out there.

Looks like the first picture doesn't have it but the 5th does.
If you look at the other pictures in the listing, you'll see DS- also marked P-, and if you follow the track from DS-, you can see that it's connected directly to P-. You therefore have a fixed positive and switched negative going to flying leads. You can connect whatever you want to them - anything like lights that doesn't require too much power or nothing at all, but my guess is that they're for a battery charge state indicator if you want one or a USB module.

So I assume I can just unplug them and not use them?
