Bike shop with knowledge of electrics?

My Ezee Torq needs a good overhaul - normal bike things like wheel truing, plus electric bike things such as greasing motor gears, checking the wiring, (i.e., the pedelec switch no longer works). Does anyone know of a bike shop in London that could do this? Evans and Halfords are local to me (Kingston) but I doubt their expertise in the specifically electric bike dept. 50Cycles said they could pick it up, perform maintenance and then return it if I couldn't find a local outfit - has anyone done this?

I'd advise going to a dealer who sells electric bikes of any brand.

The Electric Transport Shop, who advertise on this site, are dealers for several brands of electric bikes. I understand they do lots of work on fixing Ezee bikes on behalf of customers who either have fallen out with 50 Cycles or who don't find it convenient to get their bike back to their base. They have an outlet in Camden.

I've also used Wizzbikes in Brentford and found them to be pretty good.

If neither of those are handy, go to the Powabyke website and find one of their dealers near you. Chances are they fix a lot of Ezees already, but even if they don't, at least they've bought into the concept of electric bikes.

I'm now based in Kingston, walking distance from the town centre. However, my transport to Loughborough is not adequate to take a Torq this week. I may be able to help if you can wait until around this time next week?
