trying to see what range on my specialised with 13ah battery.
using garmin edge200 the lcd on my kit wheel size set too 700c which is correct.
I have done a few journeys recently of say 25-30miles lcd and garmin can differ by 5 miles or so
which makes it akward to tell actual correct milage covered

today garmin shows 2.6 miles lcd 1.6 for same journey?
any ideas how to check whats correct ,haven't got a car to check a route out using spedo

My cheapo ebay lcd is bang on distance wise (I've driven same route to work).

1 mile difference is quite a way out!.

Measure the route on a Google map (I use Maps Ruler on Android, or Where's The Path on a desktop).
Then you'll know which is wrong.

My money's on the GPS being correct.

I had the same problem briefly with the hub motor but it went away. Both were within reasonable levels. The GPS in my tablet/smartphone doesn't work under trees for speed but distance on arrival is spot on.

I had the same problem with a Garmin, not so with the Mio.

I could try to measure a route using suggested apps.
will try a journey on my other ebike to compare its lcd readings, also got wireless decathlon cycle computer to compare lcd/garmin/cycle comp.
