Bike choice to share

MY WIFE IS NOW WANTING TO GET A BIKE AND HER BIRTHDAY IS COMING UP , MY QUESTION I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ON OCCASSION BE ABLE TO USE IT AS WELL , SHE IS 5FT AND 11 STONE I AM CLOSER TO 20 STONE WE BOTH HAVE SIMILIAR 28 INCH INSIDE LEG , SHE IS WANTING A STEPTHROUGH FRAME FOR ROAD USE , ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED .

You should tell us a bit more about how you are going to ride, what sort of terrain (especially hills) and how much you are thinking of paying. There isn't much choice for 20 stone riders I am afraid.
