Finding my (electric) wheels

Just getting used to my new Prorider Voyager, but after 12 off-road miles this morning my hands are very sore! The grips are very hard and far too short. (It spoilt what was otherwise a great ride).

Any suggestions for good softer, longer replacements, remembering that one side is the throttle.

Thanks

I like the ergon gc3 grips , give you a different hand position.
Or odi ruffian lock ons , they do a 90 mm grip shift version

Thanks for all the suggestions. I have found some motorcycle grips locally (vintage Triumph ones!!) that look the part so I'll try those first and see.
