Bar the D/D hub it is much a copy of other typical looking bikes and more so like a copy in design of the Surly big dummy or an Xtracycle.
Sadly though I would concur the choice of motor is likely to be proved wrong and can't see this going down well in actual use.
For cargo bike a decent rear geared hub or even better a tsdz2 ( some bias here) and a conversion of a cargo bike frame like the Ute which I use and find excellant , a Surly big dummy (very long long tail) , Yuba , Trek transporter or Xtracycle leap add on long tail both now quite rare.
