Quite a neat idea.

It would be easy to get the engineering wrong on that handlebar pivot and the associated cables and hydraulic pipes; failure could be nasty.

Decent capacity battery; might be a bit big to fit in a seatpost, quite likely considerably reduces seat height adjustment.

Difficult to judge what 'Premium Motor' will be like; it only claims 40nm torque. Seems quite expensive for what it is.

There are a couple of places advertising then at around £1800 which makes it more attractive, my main concern was the seat post battery but more from the view of potential difficulty when the time came for replacement (maybe I'm just thinking too far ahead!) The only other minor negative is that the 24 inch wheels would limit tyre choices.
