For multi day touring rides my 2a charger just isnt fast enough for 1-2 hr "quick" charges eg when I stop for lunch, especially if I cant charge overnight. I'm gonna get a new battery too, a bit more capacity at 17.5ah. I'll buy them seperately off alibaba (keep costs down) and both the charger and battery can be spcified with my choice of connector.
I want a connector that will be good for 5a, and was considering 3p gx16. Does this sound a good choice, or is another spec connector best?
