bbshd2 something snapped while pedaling- help

Hi, first off im new here and I tried to find something related to my problem but I couldn't find an answer that I need.
I bought my Bafang bbshd2 750w kit a year ago and I used it for food delivery in a hilly area for 10000 km now, and yesterday something snapped while pedaling using my own force to help the motor. My cranks don't engage anymore when moving foward but motor works fine while using the throttle and while ghost pedaling. Can someone diagnose me which part should I replace exacly and an estimate cost.

Maybe the pawl clutch,you wont know until you have a look .

Yep sounds like pawls. Dt Swiss onyx pawls work on my bbs01
