Hi all, I have a BBS02 running off a Hailong 48v 17.5 ah battery both less than 1 year old and less than 1000km covered. I was riding a few days back when everything shut off. Now, If i keep my finger on the power button it will come back on but shows no battery and still no power from the motor via throttle or PAS.. . As soon as my finger is off the button it turns off again.
What i have tried...
- Removed all wiring / reconnected several times to no effect
- Bypassing controller by using programming cable
- Made sure battery is fully charged and tested that 48v is coming out.
- Removed the battery connector and now have the wires going directly to each other.
- The main wire that comes from the the motor and connects to the controller/throttle etc was crushed so I have cut and soldered ion case it was damaged but didn't help.
At this point I think it is most likely an issue with the integrated controller (ie the one in the motor) but open to suggestions if anyone has them? Alternatively does anyone know of any diagnostic/repair service (preferably near Cardiff o avoid posting but i know this is unlikely))
If you can help me rule out any issues with the battery then I could potentially just go for a new BBS02 kit
Thanks,
Chris.
