I think it is like a BMS but it does also help to improve the charging cycle

If this system can apply to NCM that we will have lightweight and long charging battery

Not sure how it works though

I smell a bit of BS, until someone can convince me otherwise. If charge and discharge batteries slowly, they last a long time anyway. Six 18650s in a box with a basic BMS will probably out-last your Macbook too.
