Battery unlocks involuntary

My Bosch 500 battery on my 2018 Cube Reaction Race occasionally unlocks by itself, whilst on a ride, going over a bump or kerb?

Any ideas how to remedy please?

The catch is adjustable. You can find online instructions how to do it or get your dealer to fix it.

Make sure you push it home and it latches when installing battery. I've had it not latch a couple times because I didn't push hard enough.

Adjusing latch is easy just need some torx drivers T15, T20 T25.

I also put one of those short velcro straps round mine, mostly for when its travelling on the back of the car... but it helps when riding also.
