Battery replacement

Featured Replies

I have a used folding e bike that I purchased online on Offer-up and it has no marking as to the make and model so that I can purchase a replacement battery. I got a lot of use out it and got my money worth and don't want to sink a lot of money into it to replace it. I'm willing to buy a replacement on-line(e-bay, amazon) that has the specs that I can verify( down discharge, size and dimensions). It's worth a $100 to $150 gamble for me because even used it ran strong and long. Any info or advice that is out there I'm open and eager for it! Thanks and Pleze reply!

If you know the voltage you can use any battery of the same voltage, just a case of securing it to the bike.

Show us a pic of the bike and battery, for the battery the capacity is immaterial so you can use one of any Ah/Wh as long as the voltage is correct. Your bike will be 24 or 36v.

Getting the existing battery case re-celled is always an option. If you were in the UK then there is a rock solid recommendation - where are you?

He or she doesn't want to spend much money, so a re-cell may well cost too much.
