I’ve got a Wisper battery that is faulty, it won’t charge now, and recommendations for repair please ?

A few more details would help; exactly which battery, and any symptoms such as charger or battery lights when attempting charge. Also when it last worked. In particular, has it been left unused for a significant period.

Also if you have a meter, voltages seen at the battery terminals, and at the charger output.

If there is an on/off button on the battery, try holding it down for an extended time (20-30 seconds?). That will force a battery reset on some batteries.
