No, the battery will be ok Leonardo. The LED meter circuit on this Panasonic battery is extremely sensitive and often gives trouble when a battery is recelled. In this case there's possibly a poor connection, but more likely a fault in the meter circuit itself. It's a tiny board combined with the LEDs and on the case wall, and the fact that finger pressure when picking it up has been changing the light status tends to indicate a problem on the board.
Charging time will be a rough indication of it charging ok, and as long as your charger stays reliable it shouldn't be too much of a problem. You or a suitable dealer could check the unlikely possibility that it's the wire connections at the board by opening the battery, but if soldering is needed it would be extremely fiddly.
