battery prices ?

I was looking for a second battery for my bike on ebay , Its probably not the best time to buy one but i was looking for a 52V 17.5Ah Battery 1000W 1500W 40a bsm , What prices would these go for in the UK? I don't know if things have gone up in price because of lock down so i might wait but i was offered £500 for one .

Depends on the cells used inside but £500 isn't far out for top cells if used.

Be wary of LG HG2 or Sony VCT6 celled batteries, unless the cells are verified.
LG HG2 was one of the most faked known cells around, the easiest quick buck was to re- sleeve the cheaper HE2 or HE4 cell.
And recently a factory in China went up in smoke it was making fake Sony VTC6.

i am new to the ebike batteries but i think most of the batteries on ebay come from china , The one thing i do is never store them in my house, i sent the link they have an option if 30 a bms and 40 .

What continuous current are you going to use on the battery, the cells are Samsung 35E. One should research the cell in use and decide if it will meet their usage requirement at the current draw they use.
Above 25a the battery will sag a lot, though rated as a10a cell they are a so-so 8a cell though at 5a a lot of of sag is encountered.

One has to be wary of any 3500mah 18650 cell, although they have impressive capacity they can't deliver it at higher current and that often means above 2a per cell.

The graph shows a single cell run time and sag at given current draw for your use one can x5 the figures for the 5 in parallel celled battery linked to #1.
For most BMS ignore graph lines below 3.2v.
