I'm afraid not Fatts. Lithium battery cells are controlled by internal circuits forming a battery management system (BMS) which are essential to their working.
The cells are being continuously developed and the BMS changes with each generation, so its impossible to provide for recelling. To make matters worse, lithium cells are potentially very dangerous if misused, so there will always be a great reluctance to provide the individual components.
