hi all,
can you help me? i cant charge my bike up tho showing 1/2 empty after doing 12 tough miles on handle bar gauge (battery gauge shows full)

the charger wont kick in at all. bought bike second hand, about a year old, is a Life Cycle, Mountain Sport, using a 37v-17amp battery. Also how can you tell a battery`s age, somthing to do with serial number?

many thanks, Frank.

Hi Frank. Welcome to the Forum. It might be best if you put your query as a new thread on the Electric Bicycles Forum. Better chance of someone reading and responding fairly soon. I'm unable to help, though. Sorry.

Try changing the switching on/plugging in sequence of charger and battery first to see if it starts then. If not, use a bit more out of the battery and try again. If that still doen't do the trick, it could be a faulty charger, they do fail occasionally.

Make sure the connections in the charger socket are ok and if they are, get in touch with LifeCycle on the link below:
