In the past, a very kind member repaired one of my own e-bike batteries and I got another 5-8 months usage out of something I was prepared to throw into landfill (I can't remember his name, but I'm trying to locate it from e-mails we exchanged, so if you remember me, do it in contact!). That member also changed my thinking, in that he said, many cells are fine, only 1 or 2 may be dead, and a battery can be serviced, like any other piece of technology. Even a worse-case, you can usually retrieve *some* cells, and/or the BMS controller circuit and the chargers are still useful of course. So don't just throw your dead/faulty batteries, and don't leave those chargers gathering dust in the draws.
Remember, the less batteries+chargers we have to make from new, the less CO2 emissions, and the greater the ROI (return on investment) for end users which all helps to make e-bikes an even more eco-friendly and grant-eligible/concessions-eligible mode of transport we as owners, want to push governments for now heavily, as they move rapidly towards a de-carbonized economy era (ambitious targets have been set by the EU trade bloc this weekend, and the EU is now leading the world in a fundamental shift away from high-carbon energy usage and Co2 economies). Myself as director and co-founder of CycleCharge Ltd have been monitoring these developments over the last year very closely and I see some major funding and support coming our way shortly, from government and non-government sources looking to offset their own Co2, and be seen to be part of the solution and not the problem! ROI is now just about cash returns on innovation and technology which CycleCharge is pushing, but the return is in the amount of tons of Co2 emissions we can reduce each year and we plan to audit and monitor this closely on our new website.

We need, skilled people (ideally with academic qualifications and/or industrial experience, but not essential) who are capable of taking apart e-bike batteries, analysing and testing them for faults, carrying out repairs where possible, salvaging parts for recycling, and making recommendations for replacements, where appropriate.
You can work from home, part-time, full-time, casually, fit it around your existing business or job, whatever suits you. And yes, you will get paid for your time and tools/equipment provided if needed, plus any expenses covered.
