Help! Battery Issue ????

Hi I have a cyclematic plus and older version possibly about 5/6 years .Battery is fully charged and works for 3/4 mins then goes off and all lights on throttle too .Turn Key off and back on and Bike works again while riding but same happens again. I have put battery on another bike and it's the same so I am thinking it's a batter problem .Any Help appreciated .Thanks

I have had similar.
Either the battery is out of balance or it's old and needs replacing

How do you fix an out of balance battery ?
And could anyone point in the right direction for a new battery

BGA reworking are the boys.
They will examine your battery and repair it, either by re-balancing (not cheap) or fitting new cells of best quality.

Charge the battery and then let us know the voltage by using a meter to measure it.
