Hello Lads,
I've been reading in many places that the temperature and weather can affect on the battery.
I've seen the sell some kind of covers for batteries and read as well that some people use something like a sock to keep the temperature.
The thing is, when I go work and I park the bike on the street, Should I take out the battery or leave it?
I think I should take it, but I am worry because of the weather which maybe could damage the pins that are on the bike after taking out the battery.
What is your opinion?
Thanks :)

temperature is not too much of a concern, humidity is.
You need to protect your battery (and electronics) against rain water.

So much better to bring it (which was my first idea)
any idea about the pins on the bike? any way to keep them with no problem when the battery is not on?

you can always get one of those neoprene bottle covers for your battery.
If you bring the battery in, use the cover to protect the pins.

Any cheep? I saw at amazon one that is for bosch batteries but is about 50 pounds..
I tried to find in there something cheaper but not luck at all..
Do you have one? or you never leave the bike outdoor?

You don't have to worry about the pins. Just wipe them before you fit the battery.
