Battery info please

Hi,
We have got 2 Bosch drive bikes and I am not sure what is the best way to look after them. I usually re charge my 400 w battery when I have between 10 and 20 miles left on the read out, depending how far I need to go the next day. My wife charges her 300w battery when it has been used a couple of times, between 10 and 20 miles of use. What is the best thing to do?

Keep it topped up so recharge as often as possible.

Carry on as you are doing Phil or even charge more often, these batteries like to be charged often. Running them close to empty should be avoided unless necessary to complete a trip.

Thanks for the advice, it all helps to keep the batteries in good condition. At the moment I am getting between 50 & 65 miles from a single charge, depending on how many hills there are.
