Greetings All,

At the start of last month (April) I was having trouble with my battery charger,it would not charge.only red light on,after that, zilch.
Having arranged with 50 cycles to pack up my battery and charger and return these items to them for testing.after a further week or so I was informed(having phoned them myself) that the battery was fine,no problem, but the charger was in fact faulty. My battery was returned to me with a new charger.I recieved these itemd at a quarter to six on the 18ty April, everything fine, that is until to-day.having returned from a round trip of about 17 miles, put battery on to charge as is my usual practice, and nothing-----red light comes on but nothing further, does not begin to charge.Peeved is to put it mildly, can I be the victim of a duff batch of battery chargers???I purchased my EZEE LIV last September,so warranty is valid but hardly the point,is it? Thought I would share this with you all for your reactions, before I phone 50 cycles again.Looks as if I shall be with the use of my bike yet again, twice in a little more than six months, what a pain?

Regards,

Yup, my Forza battery charger has just recently gone tits up.... shows green all the time and doesn't charge the batteries. Phoned 50 cycles and they can no longer get hold of battery chargers as Ezee are not dealing with them anymore.

The Ezee is a great bike but my one has been full of teething problems (the latest being the damned lights packing in - one of the cables had sheared in half cause the cable tie was WAY too tight) let's hope there are no more!

Mike.

You may be able to get Cyclepoint to honour the warranty when it opens its doors. This might be a while though given the well documented dispute between 50 cycles and Ezee. I presume this will need resolution before 50 c give up their exclusive rights to the bike and there seems to be a gap of about $150,000 dollars to close out!!

There has been a batch of eZee Li-ion chargers supplied by HighPower which had a faulty zener diode. Best email Wai Won Ching of eZee about a replacement, which he will either send direct by courier or arrange from Cyclepoint.
