Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me out. I have a Batribike Dimond that has been off the road for 5 years. I got my battery cells replaced and plugged it in and everything looks fine (the display switches on which it wouldn’t do if the battery weren’t charged, would it?) but the bike doesn’t go. Any ideas what else might be wrong?

You will have to check a few things to see if any help, it won't be a just this or that so a general fault diagnosis to go through .
We could list a whole wrath of measures but best to go along one at a time.

Don't assume just because the display lights up the battery is charged, displays only see 5v from the controller to work. So you need a meter to physical check the battery voltage 29.4v for 24v or 42v for 36v.

I would to think the battery is okay given that I’ve just had the cells replaced!
