The battery is shot on my Gazelle C7 HF but the front wheel Panasonic motor is fine.
Any recommendations for new battery and electronics to fit and save me scrapping great bike.
Cheers

How many wires for the motor connector (show us a pic of connector).
Is the PAS a TS set up or cadence ?

If the bikes uses comm's then replacing every thing bar the hub to a generic set up will cost about £250 - £350 .
A KT controller kit would be the best control system to use and a chance to upgrade the bike to 48v if already 36v.

One can't mate a controller with the bar display so one will have to buy a controller and display together.

If one buys a cheap controller /dsiplay kit £30 - £40 then one will rely on crappy speed control and no user input to control the power.
Spend £75 - £100 on a KT controller/display kit and one will gain nice current control power with user freindly control of how much power to use with five assist levels.

Memory serves me right that the PAS is TS.

It's been done a couple of times before. Use Google to search the forum. I think it wasn't as straight-forward as a normal motor, but I can't remember why.
