Battery and charger

Has anyone experience of sending a battery and charger back to 50 cycles?
IF so,any clues on cost of this? these items are quite weighty are they not?Even though it appears my charger is faulty,50 cycles have asked for the battery as well.any advise on this please?

I posted mine back (battery alone) via ordinary royal mail and the prices ranged from £9 to £20 depending how quick you want it to get there. Make sure the packaging is good!

I don't suppose you live near anybody who has an Ezee charger?

Never seen an E-Zee in my locality,I live in Hampshire and the only e-bike I have ever seen is a Powabyke.
