Batribike sigma how to chanfe from pedal assust to throttle

Hello considering buying a secondhand batribike sigma but found it a little skittish on start up, I am pretty nervous at riding the best of times.

Is there a way of changing it from pedal assist to a throttle grip type, or something in between.
Sorry if it's been covered before, but would really appreciate some help

The bike wants to skid at start up it's a bit to lively , I think it's more so has it's a front wheel motor.

Yes front will drive can be like that, do you start off in PAS level one ?

Also try starting off with the brake slightly pulled on to control the motor wheel spin until it is comfortably under way.
