Hi

I have a Batribike Granite LCD which uses a 36v 10ah battery
The charger is 36v 2a which only takes just over 2hrs too charge the battery from flat

Is this right

No, on a 2a charger it should be taking well over 4 hours to fully charge from flat. Either the battery is coming to the end of its life, and losing capacity or there is an issue with the charger causing it to stop charging too early.

Have you got a multimeter to measure the battery voltage with? If so charge the battery and post back saying what the voltage reading is from the connector pins on the battery. Should be around 41-42v fully charged, and around 34v empty.

How many miles can the bike do on one charge?

I had a problem with charger a while ago, it was cutting out too early. I had to keep turning it off and on to get it charging.

If you could measure the battery output after a full charge it would be easier to work out if the charger is faulty. Can you get access to another charger to try?

Yes, that is correct. It might be slightly higher when it comes straight off the charger, it drops after the battery has been standing for a while.
