Hi, I have a problem with my Batribike Ten ebike. While out riding the other day, the centre unit lcd display, would not switch off, but rather go blank but still lit? I can turn it off when removing the battery, but when I insert the battery, the display comes on with a fashing battery indicator, showing my fully charged battery is empty, which then causes the bike to switch off.
Another funny occurrence, is the last trip reading, which I reset back to zero, comes back and no matter how many times I reset the count, the same reading reappears when I insert the battery and the whole problem starts again. Does anybody have any thoughts on this, or even had the same problem, which they may have solved?
I would appreciate any help or opinions, I've checked the batteries which are working normally, I detached all the leads connected to the motor and reconnected them to no avail? I just don't know what to do? I have attached an image of the display I get, every time I insert my battery.
