Hi all. My BBS 01b controller has died. I've received a replacement from an Amazon seller but, despite specifying 36V 250w they've sent me one labelled 48V 750w. Looks as though I'll end up paying return postage to Germany as the customer support hasn't been forthcoming, so just wondering whether the units are actually interchangeable and, if so, whether I can just fit it. They have a table on the Amazon listing which suggests it might be suitable (?) because they show the same image for a range of models bracketed together.

Thanks in anticipation...

I think the image depicts the new style vs the old style controller, they are a different shape. I do vaguely remember some talk about 48v controllers on a 36v on endless sphere forum, might be worth looking there
I suspect though you'll need to pair it with a 48v battery

Many thanks for this, I'll have a look on Endless sphere but I think it's a goer from what I've read so far
